The Sykes range of wastewater pumps are smooth, quiet running, vibration free units which are cost effective in their use and ideal for the demands of the hostile environments in which they are used. Manufactured with a cast iron casing, they are robust units capable of dealing with the rigours of the wastewater treatment process.
25岁的女高中生During routine servicing or repair, customers’ permanent pumps either need temporary support or have to be taken offline. The Sykes sewage range can be used whatever the requirements. Flow rates up to 440 l/s are held as standard in the hire fleet and discharge sizes up to 300 mm ensures that the pumps can be connected to existing systems.
Automatic level controls mean that the pumps only operate when the flow requires it but fitted with the IE3 Premium efficiency motors, running costs are kept to an absolute minimum even if the pumps need to run continuously. Another feature of the motors is that they are ATEX-rated explosion-proof suitable for ’Zone 2’ hazardous areas allowing them to be placed in any location within the treatment works.
Should the pumps be needed to be used with installed guide rail systems then they can be adapted to fit with most pumps stools. The contra block impellers used in the Sykes submersible sewage pumps allow them to deal effectively with the solids typically found in wastewater. Additionally, the units can be fitted with cooling jackets which allows them to be used for “in line” dry installed applications.
